1. Booking Confirmation All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. The package will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from R V Tours. 2. Payment Terms Payment must be made according to the payment schedule stated in the final quotation or booking confirmation. Delayed payments may affect hotel, transport and activity availability. 3. Hotel Accommodation Accommodation will be provided in the hotel category and room type mentioned in the confirmed quotation. Hotel names are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed at the time of booking. 4. Check-In and Check-Out Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges. 5. Itinerary and Transportation The itinerary is subject to road conditions, traffic, weather, local regulations and operational requirements. The vehicle will operate according to the sightseeing and transfer plan confirmed in the quotation. 6. Weather and Seasonal Attractions Snowfall, access to Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass, Kufri and other mountain attractions depend on the season and prevailing weather conditions. R V Tours cannot guarantee snowfall or the operation of seasonal activities. 7. Optional Activities Adventure sports, ropeways, local union vehicles, monument tickets and other optional experiences are payable separately unless explicitly included in the confirmed package. 8. Cancellation Policy Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policy stated in the final quotation and the respective hotel, transport and activity supplier policies. Non-refundable bookings may attract up to 100% cancellation charges. 9. Refunds Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed after confirmation from the respective suppliers. Processing time may vary depending on supplier and payment-channel procedures. 10. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances R V Tours will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or additional expenses caused by weather conditions, roadblocks, landslides, strikes, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Assistance will be provided wherever feasible. 11. Guest Responsibilities Guests must carry valid government-issued identification and any other documents required for travel. Guests are responsible for following local rules, safety instructions and attraction-specific regulations. 12. Acceptance of Terms Payment towards the package constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions specified in the final quotation and booking confirmation.
