Flight Tickets: 100% payment required at booking. Land Package (>15 days): 40% at booking · 30% payment 30–40 days before departure · Remaining 30% payment 15 days before departure. Last-minute bookings (<15 days): 100% payment required at booking.

Land package cancellation charges: More than 30 days — 30% charge | 21–30 days — 50% charge | Less than 21 days — 100% charge (no refund). Bookings made less than 15 days before departure are 100% non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days.

Hotel check-in after 15:00, check-out before 11:00. Packages include base category rooms unless otherwise specified. Vehicles will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary; additional usage may result in extra charges.

Meals included will be provided as per the itinerary. Additional meals, special requests, or unused services are non-refundable and may incur additional charges.

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and travel documents. Travel insurance is recommended. R V ENTERPRISE will not be responsible for delays or changes caused by airlines, hotels, suppliers, or force majeure events.

All bookings and services provided by R V ENTERPRISE are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, India.
